Rapped-up in one short..."word"... (Convenience!!!) & sentence- I USE it, ALL the TIME!!!....... It's most "relied" on.... "If" you NEED something! Go to WAL-MART" that's the saying...now! If! you CAN'T Find it at W-M, chances ARE! WON'T be easy to find...elsewhere., depending on WHAT it IS! .

Probably one the best walmarts I've been in in a long time. Would have gotten 5 stars if there was tissue in the bathroom. All stalls had no tissue.

This place is clean. Has almost everything you need, plenty of parking, and employees for the most part are helpful.

Nice store. This Walmart, like all other Walmarts, needs to do a better job training their employees on product knowledge. They usually try so hard to answer questions but more often than not, their product knowledge is limited.

Ever since they’ve done their grocery orders for pickup it’s been amazing, and we’ve met such nice people such as Bob, who’s always always been amazing. Then as time has gone on and we’ve noticed they’ve gotten extremely lazy! We’ve ordered deli meat for the past 3 weeks and every single time we do it they say it’s unavailable (not just deli items either) my husband goes in, and guess what? They have it. Now it’s during covid and I 100% understand and let me first say, I appreciate anyone who is working in the public and putting themselves at risk. For some of us, I take care of my 70 year old grandmother who cannot risk getting this her health is horrible as is. So we do these online orders so we don’t have to expose ourselves and risk her health. But this is just getting out of hand, it feels like a case of “we don’t want to get it, so we’re just marking this unavailable” and that’s not ok, there’s still a lot of us who can’t take the risk of going into public places because the covid virus is still a very scary thing for us and our families too. If you’ve chosen to work and work during these times please, stop being lazy about the pick up, you have families that are depending on you as well, you may not feel like your job is important..but to me and my family, you very much are.

Firstly, I’d like to say that I understand that a lot of places are short staffed due to the pandemic. With that being said, my expectation of assistance is already slim to none. I visited this Walmart on 03/20/21 to visit the pharmacy section to search for ear care. As I was in that section, there was no luck of finding the ear care because there were no signs. So finally, I see an associate (Chriss) who was assisting another customer at that time. I politely asked Chriss if she could page another associate to come and help. She must’ve been having a bad day, because her response was uncalled for. She yelled and said that she was busy helping another customer. I obviously seen that she was which is why I asked for further assistance. Well, she decided to become very combative with me which resulted in me asking a cashier to speak to a manager. The cashier sent her team lead Nancy, who didn’t even want to help me. So I asked to speak with her manager. Then comes Cathy. Cathy is something else! She wouldn’t be even let me get a word in before I could share with her my issue. She immediately took her employee’s side. That’s fine. I asked for the store number so I can file a complaint and she didn’t seem phased by that either. Well Cathy hun, your manager will be speaking with you soon .

I waited approx 40 minutes in line because they had no lines open. Just Express. Lines wrapped around the place. Staff walking around doing nothing and when I asked what was going on the girl I asked said I don't know. I usually don't work up here. Guess what she wasn't working up front. She wasn't working. Infuriating!!! Avoid the gurnee location at all costs!!!
