My 96 Impala SS had damage on the drivers' side. My insurance company's official autobody shop told me it was totaled because they could find the parts. I called Waukegan & Gurnee Auto Body and Tom found all the parts within an hour of initial conversation. His repair estimate was low and very reasonable. They repaired the damage and I also had them replace my OEM bumpers with custom aftermarket smooth bumpers with fog lights in the front. Very happy with their work and with the Lifetime Guarantee, you can't go wrong with Waukegan & Gurnee Auto Body.

What set Waukegan & Gurnee apart from other shops, and really, other businesses in general, was the proactive approach Tom took with me and my vehicle. I never had to ask questions - he explained the process in simple terms that I understood. There were also a few times where he called me to update me on the status and condition of things, and if I decided to call him, he answered and returned messages promptly and politely. Most important, the quality of the work speaks for itself. I would highly recommend Waukegan & Gurnee Auto Body for anybody needing body work.
