The wings are ok for what they are with a wide variety of spice level and flavors, but breaded chicken nuggets with sauce is not my idea of wings.

This place has some of the worst customer service I've ever witness. Everytime I go in there they either ignore me and/or look annoyed I came in. I'll wait for them to give me the food I ordered even though it's sitting there wrapped up. However 60cent boneless wings on Monday/Tuesday is a good deal. The wings are ok. Would be better if they were crispier
Ordered online, on my way there they called saying they ran out of a certain sauce so I had to change my order. When I got there no one was wearing their masks appropriately even though there's a sign saying masks are required for service. Anyways, I picked up my food and drove home. Once I started going thru everything I noticed the bread was hard as rocks and missing fries. So then we had to go back to get fries. So the service was terrible but food was good so 2 stars.
The first time I ordered from here was great. The next 4 orders, all downhill. Dry cold wings and rock hard fries. Back to BWW!
Ordered from here when they first opened on multiple occasions and never had any issues. Seems like they got new owners or management? We’ve ordered once every other week for the fam since the middle of last year and every single time it’s been an absolute mess. Put orders in online and we are always stuck waiting 15 mins over the time we’re told the order will be ready, tickets are always getting mixed up, just extremely unorganized. Food is usually pretty good 90% of the time though.
Absolutely no social distancing being enforced and no organization for pick up on 2/7/21. Not staffed efficiently at all. Fix it please.
Great customer service and good was fresh restaurant was clean and professional.
We were given only a small amount of our large order which we ordered the night before in advance. We called to complain and showed up to receive the rest of our order. They were being very difficult and made us wait over an hour to fix our order. Very poor customer service. I would highly recommend going to another Wingstop.
