Customer support has been first-rate. The Guru people I have dealt with have been consistently patient, efficient, helpful and friendly. The monthly cost per website is very competitive. We first signed up as a Guru Cloud Hosting customer in Nov 2020 for multi websites. The sites are fast and highly reliable. Whether you contact them by livechat or ticket, the support has been first class. They have helped with problems that weren't even really down to hosting, but still resolved them for us, rapidly. Compared to other hosting we have used over the years, where costs have spiralled, these are highly competitive, for the service and quality of what you get. I have literally no reason to give a single negative on this service at this time. Great value. Fast support at any time. They even helped us via Livechat at 11.30pm and gave us advice at the same time. Was brilliant. If you host multiple websites, top marks for Guru. And brilliant that they are totally UK as well. I've been using Guru for a couple years and had no issues. They have an extremely good support team which you can get hold of quickly and don't have to sit on hold for ages. I had an issue with logging in to my wordpress dashboard and Dan was able to sort the issue out in minutes over the phone. Not being the most technical this would have taken me ages to figure out myself. Would highly recommend!

I have been with guru for a while now. Compared to other hosting companies, this is the best one I have ever used. Price is good, hosting is reliable and if maintenance requires downtime they will let you know, customer service is second to none ( but I rarely have to use it ). I highly recommend giving these guys a try. I am sure you won't be disappointed.

These guys are great! Fully recommend them. Always polite, super helpful and ridiculously quick on all the requests I've had in the past. Plus, I don't know I've had any server downtime, which is always a bonus.
