The bank does have my cheque details that where it is, i have drop my cheque 2 days back in the same branch drop box and its not clear yet, when i went there to check to they said that they bank will call you and yet no call from them. Poor service by brank and the call support

I went there to close my account. They guided me through whole process and completed all the formalities very quickly. There were a bunch of formalities to be completed but they finished it within one visit of same day . The staff was very helpful and friendly. If they were this helpful to a leaving customer like me, they would be amazing to their existing customers. I wish to deal with such a good bank staff in future also.

I am trying to open current account in cyber green Branch. But due to unprofessional behaviour i am fedup . It been 15 days, each day Mr Mohit is asking for new document. Sometime he ask 10k for current account and after submitting all docs he started asking for 25k. When we gave 25k, then he started asking for 50k. Mr Mohit dont know actually exctly what doc required for opening the current account. @Branch manager - if you guyz take customer issues on serious note. Please help to resolve the issue.
