Staff is very slow they waste people time and make loops of conversation. And if they see a revenue opportunity then you are god to them otherwise they don't give any attention to you

My worst experience of ICICI is with this brach. An egoist manager Shweta and her uninformed staff is a nightmare. This manager is so rude with customers.
