Am icici customer security not allowing inside bank to deposit money then why this branch need in this place

Hi As per Security Guard the branch Manager Mr. Abhinav Sharma has instructed that no body can come in the branch for depositing money. Is it not surprising that in present situation where Govt. of India is working for some good cause and one branch is stopping to come to branch for depositing money?
