It's indeed one of the worst branches of ICICI Bank I've ever seen. I have visited 4 times here and every time I feel like doing a big mistake coming here. The employees here are literally good for nothing. They know not even a single process and xome only just to pass time and mint easy money. 1. If someone has to get her surname changed after marriage and you go to this branch, be sure of getting harassed despite having shared all the documents they had asked you and you personally visited and submitted them post triple confirming if anything else is needed. 2. They are not at all welcoming for any single work that you want to get done and can only be done by the Branch. 3. Most of the time their most learned employee who handles the XYZ job would be on leave and the other employees would be least aware of the process. If such is the process to run a bank then it's better not to have an account in this bank itself.

Worst branch. Waited for an hour for cash deposit and at last server got down. There is only one lady handling all the task. Unfriendly Deputy Manager (strange lady). Icici should close this branch and invest in Cash deposit Vending machines.

this branch does not offer even basic services like cash deposit. Whenever i visit there to deposit cash, their servers are down and they don't have any cash deposit facility.
