Created my bank account and aksed to deposit 50K which I did. Now they are not able to activate imobile and i am not able use it. Pending from last 20 days. Pathetic service

Hi, I am not getting any help from icici customer service regarding a lean mark on my sister's account.Her account is in Sector 23 branch.The customer service team don't reply to our emails.Once we spoke to customer service and they advised my sister to visit the branch.She is out of India and can't visit the branch. It's been a month now we are disputing.As you are the concern branch,it's your responsibility to resolve it.please share the branch manager email id or a phone number where I can explain the whole issue. The ICICI bank is a reputed bank and we didn't expect this kind of response.It is highly disappointing.

I visited this branch for KYC 5 times one employ Mr. Mohit Yadav employee number 442248 harassed me he sent me to sector 14 GGn branch saying that this is not your home branch so you go there and KYC will be done easily there I visited that branch and reached at 16.00 Hrs. they said you should go to nearby branch I.E. sector 23 again this person hooked me there for 45 minutes after depositing all documents on 11.06.2020 he again said your account will be operative after 7 days I have decided to close our all account from ICICI banks

The customer support of this branch is very good . Today during my visit to this branch ; I have seen Ms. Khushboo Srivatava , an officer of this branch alone handling multiple customers with patience & attending their problem very efficiently . I really appreciate her effort & best wishes for her future. ICICI Bank should appreciate such staff & encourage them .
