Pathetic customer service. They just do their own work and don't care at all about customers standing in queue. The customer service desk officer who needs to help customers to respond politely on questions doesn't have skills on how to talk. And the deputy manager lady do not know the way of talking to customers. Please have them teach customer care skills.

Worst team I have ever met. No respect for their customers specially Mr. Dhiraj and Dilip. Lot of fake commitments . They don’t even respond on your messages. I am closing my account because of their worst services and behaviour.

This branch should be ban . this is my forth time and getting same issue. Pathetic branch to work with, irresponsible and unprofessional staff. The staff is not even aware of the bank processes and play games with the customer. Full manmarji by staff .i was having the account in icici after getting their kind of behaviour , i have decided to close my saving account from this branch .
