Very good construction and decent room size. There is ample green space for all age groups and pool is an added advantage to the society. The only con at this moment is that the road condition is not good. Hopefully, by the mid of next year the conditions will improve as expressway completion date is July 2021.

One of the best construction. Fast elevator, takes almost 1 sec per floor. 29 floors are constructed with all amenities. Future appears to be bright but I found two big cons: 1. Maintenance they quote is on higher side. 2. The waterbody just adjacent may cause some issues.

One of the newest property coming in the group of new ways, anyway, but until the street of the approaching road to new construct property not been atleast good, I won't be able to stay here, since all the approaching road are so bad, pathetic, I am just hoping to see road gets better in future.. thus property are good, make sense anyway to make good investment as on date. In future it would be got market.

Emerald Bay is a new luxury residential complex with six high rise towers. The complex has very good facilities, including tennis and badminton courts, skating rink, two clubs and multiple swimming pools. The ambience is great, and it is located on the Dwarka Expressway. Access is currently a minor issue as the elevated expressway is under construction. With its proximity to Dwarka and Manesar, Emerald bay promises to be a desirable address in the years to come.
