Staff are very rude and not helpful and they are not gentle at all to handle customer problem

Located in the middle of the sector 14 market. Parking space is very less and always occupied. The bank is situated in a small road frontage. The ATM which is connected with the bank is not operational most of the times. The staff will act as if they are always busy and have lot of work to complete. They are doing this to show customers that they are busy and can't fix customer's issues as they are already involved in an important work.
