Garden and pool area were outstanding, nicely designed and decorated. Room was very clean and AC was well adjusted bringing even some fresh fragrance to the room. Restaurant and breakfast area both very lovely places though the quality of the food could have been better, or our expectations have been higher. Staff was friendly, helpful and mostly understood English. We were a little disappointed by the jacuzzi that we found without notice in our room behind a curtain. Exiting at the beginning we later found out that it was out of order.

Great architecture and pool. Lovely staff. Failed management. Avoid the overpriced and bad restaurant. Handy if you need to go to LIDL, it’s next door. N.B.: The basic rooms don’t have windows other than in the door.
Quality hotel with lovely ambience and geat pool. The food and service in the restaurant didn't quite live up to the rest of the place.
Let's start with pros: Very comfortable bed. Good air condition. Nice garden and very nice swimming pool. Friendly staff who spoke English (and even sang during breakfast). Tasty food. Nice garden swings for two persons under palm trees. Very nice bathroom. Unfortunately there are some cons too: In such expensive hotel restaurant should be open much earlier than from 19:00. So many things are forbidden (eating or drinking own food in rooms or swimming pool, cooling your stuff in mini bar which was by the way broken, diving in swimming pool, and many more). Walls and bottom of swimming pool are very rough, so it's easy to injure yourself and not pleasant to sit on shelves of round, small pool. Waterfall and jacuzzi were off for the whole time. You can't bring your own food or drinks to pool but the pool bar was closed for the most of time. Wifi very slow. No coffee maker or kettle in the room. Hotel not very well maintained, many things broken (lamps in water ducts, rusted sunbeds with dirty pillows, fountain at the side wall of the pool bar, etc.). Parking is quite far away from some rooms and there are no trolleys for luggage. Very acoustic rooms. To conclude this is a nice place but it should be cheaper or better organized and maintained. For this money I would not go there for the second time.

Staff were extremely helpful and lovely!! Nice hotel, great pool area and beautiful gardens!! Only bad thing is WiFi signal did not reach the bedroom!!
