Today I went to the branch for Adhar Card update , but shocked to see that the female staff heigher is very rude in word , very much negative attitude & zero communication & behavioural skill . Pls provide proper training for her as she dealing with service industry. I went there as I have ICICI account holder but do not want to visit again.

Disgusting customer service experience with the Aadhar Card girl. Very rude and impolite. I have gone there 3 times. If she does not want to work there are many people who are looking for a job. I am an old ICICI bank customer and went there on that basis. If you can not provide good customer service being an appointed Aadhar Card centre, there is no point having that facility and treating customers so bad as if you are doing a favour to us. Wasted so much of my time and such an unpleasant experience throughout. Because of the girl's attitude not to work, my Aadhar card has been rejected twice where I had provided all the details. If there was negative star I would have given that. Higher authorities please seriously look into this issue. I then went to Central Bank in Uzan Bazar for Aadhar card where even though I dont have an account they treated me so well.
