The staff is very unprofessional. They need more training especially PR related. Best wishes to them but with the present staff this bank is losing its credentials. HDFC and SBI has provided me with much better services.

One of the most useless branch of ICICI bank in Guwahati. Most of the time no one is available as cashier and the other staffs are too reluctant to do any kind of work. Please ignore this branch for any kind of banking activity

Worst experience of my life. The staff members don't know how to behave. One of the employee told me and my friend to wait for an hour. But after waiting for 2 hours when I went to the lady and asked why they are not receiving my challan she told us to visit the nearby branch. As it was already 3pm we didn't go to the nearby branch. At 3:30 pm she called us to the counter. When we gave her the challan she got angry as we didn't fill up the branch code. She shouted as us "fill up karna nahi ata hai aur bolne ata hai." she threw the challan and continuously murmured with anger. After we filled up the bank code she made us sit again for 20 minutes. Finally when we submitted the form she was showing her tantrums. Giving horrible expression, tearing the challan with anger, putting the stamp with as much force as she can and throwing the receipt back to us. She is being paid for her work so she must work other than getting angry in silly things. It was very horrible experience of my life. Shame on ICICI bank. ICICI should train their employees about work ethics and good behavior. Never go to ICICI.

I have drop a cheque for transfer on Thursday evening around 5 pm where the cheque belongs to A. T. ROAD Branch,Guwahati. Till Friday 6.30 pm the amount is not transferred to my account. I have visited my branch today and they said it has gone out for clearing. I don't know how much more time need to clear a local cheque of same bank like ICICI.

worst experience...The Branch Manager is so pathetic, She doesnt know how to speak with customers and has worst work ethics....she doeant deserve to be a banker at all....
