I've recently received outstanding service from Hanna @ Guy Salmon, Coventry. She really went above and beyond to enable me to have my car within a week! This also included cosmetic additions that we wanted! The service was exceptional, receiving regular updates and photos of the car whilst in the body shop was greatly appreciated and made the whole process special. I would totally recommend this Business. Thanks Hanna for making this process so easy and for doing such a super job.

What a pleasure to deal with, I Just picked up my new Land Rover Discovery and the service was second to none. I was greeted and welcomed in by the staff and made very comfortable with a nice hot coffee. I was then introduced to Harry who’s was extremely professional from the start top man. A great experience all round. One very happy customer.

A fantastic LR dealer and a joy to deal with. Whilst all aspects dealt with over the phone/email due to Covid restrictions- it was really easy and worked really well. This from ordering to pick up. I am really impressed and will be returning here despite the fact it is a 1 hr drive for me. If you want a Land Rover or Range Rover you will not go wrong to go here. Looks like a good showroom with plenty of models but the receptionist should be a lot warmer with guests as they arrive. I was told to phone in and she could divert my call to a salesperson. Covid and all that which i fully understand. Now Im no zig ziglar but I wasnt asked for my number nor was i offered the number of the showroom. Next stop Carwow.

I have recently changed my car from a Jaguar to a Land Rover after having a change of mind on my needs from the car that I drive. Every time I have visited this dealership I have had a warm welcome from all staff. My salesman Steve Early is totally down-to-earth and a very affable man. He certainly understood what I was looking for right from the off and was able to identify the exact car for me. Yes, I spent more than originally intended, but don't I always. When my car was brought down from another dealership to view, it was as good as expected and Guy Salmon were able to get it ready for my collection two days later, when first thing in the morning Steve collected me from my home address making things easier for us on the day. Over the next week I did identify a few minor issues that needed attention (it was a used car) but the dealership were completely supportive and just told me to keep adding anything I wasn't happy with to the list of things to do. When my car went in to get these matters sorted the dealership did have to keep it for an extra day, but they rectified everything asked for to my satisfaction. I know of another local person who has also had a superb experience with Guy Salmon Land Rover, so that is also reassuring that I haven't just been lucky. If you are in the market for a Land Rover, I would highly recommend that you consider this outlet, even if you have to travel.
