Locked Forever

Very unprofessional service. 1. I booked in Commercial mode, they sent in courier mode. 2. They clubbed my 8 FBA boxes using tape to make them 4 boxes, due to which Amazon suspended my seller account and charged me 300 usd as penalty. Now I lost 300 usd Rs 8 lacs stock is lying in FBA unsold 80k shipping cost My seller account suspended.

The shipping is done through DHL, which is quite good. But the customer service of Gxpress is very Pathetic. They ask for the payment as soon as they send the invoice, but when a customer asks for some help, they take forever. Really disappointed!
