This gym is truly unique, it is owned by 2 guys passionate about their sports, their clients & the community. It is an inclusive & friendly gym. Its cleanlinessbefore covid was second to none & now it is superior! Newcomers are made very welcome. Watching the young children following their instructors intently & then all sanitising at the end is incredible! You may think that all gyms are the same but when you try this one you will never go elsewhere!

Gym01 is a premium martial arts gym at an affordable price. All the staff and coaches are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Memberships are very flexible and there is something for everyone! Couldn’t recommend enough
Best MMA, K1 , BBJ , boxing , fitness gym on the south coast actually the UK. Actually the world yes it’s the best gym in the world . Beat that ... Honestly coaches are amazing friendly , positive and constantly supportive . Will always be part of fitness journey .
What can I say about gym01... Its amazing!!! Literally the best club I've ever been a part of. The instructors and staff are all fantastic and everyone who goes there are friendly and welcoming too! The sessions are absolutely brilliant for fitness building/maintaining and are great fun!! 100% recommend this gym - one of a kind!!
