Went in to have consultation on what to do about my fibroids Receptionist was extremely rude and inflexible. I filled out all my forms online, I arrived on time and was told to reschedule because I needed to be 15-30 mins early even though there was no one else in the waiting room. I rescheduled because they had positive reviews online, but during my new appointment they took more ultrasounds because they weren't satisfied with the ultrasounds I already had taken. That is an additional 400-500 charge and they kept pushing for me to get surgery, but didn't really explain the details of the surgery or more options. They didn't send the bill until 4 months later, and everything indicates that they just want your money. I'm no longer seeing Gynecology Today, and I would not recommend going there.

Today is the second time my appointment has been canceled! The first time the office called me to reschedule my ULTRASOUND FOLLOW-UP! I let them know I couldn’t reschedule as I was about to be in between jobs and wouldn’t have insurance. Now that I have insurance I finally was able to reschedule my appointment, which I did over a month ago. I made an appointment for this coming Monday. I was able to work out a day off with my brand new job!! Today, the Thursday before my appointment the ULTRASOUND TECH calls me at 5pm to tell me oh she won’t be there Monday and could I come on another day!?!?! Are you serious??? I scheduled this appointment a month ago and now you’re canceling it just days away for a SECOND time!?!? No time to change days off at my new job! I worked other doctors appointments around this appointment on the same day! I can’t comment on the doctor, because the ONE time I actually saw her was very brief. I’m new to Arizona so it’s very disheartening to realize you don’t have a doctor when you thought you found a good one who actually cared about your well being. I’m not sure how a business operates like this! Not to mention the front desk older woman was totally rude and impatient on the phone and eating at the desk while checking in patients. Do they not get meal breaks?

Dr. Kidd is a straight talking and compassionate Doctor. She put me at ease in the first visit and made me feel very confident that I was in good hands. I can't say enough good things about her. She is one of the best...!
Dr. Kidd is a wonderful physician with a kind and very knowledgeable staff. She has the most sincere bedside manner of any physician that I have ever met. She has been my Doctor for several years and I cannot say emphatically enough how fantastic and beyond capable she has been in every situation. Wether you only need an annual exam, surgery or even an expert in Hormone replacement therapy. She should be your “go to”.
