Smart Start Ignition Interlock

My work schedule limits the days I can have my device calibrated. Showed up today at the online posted opening time (9am), to find a sign on the door indicating that the shop doesn't open until 10. It's 10:40 now and the lights are still off and door locked. This is my first calibration. This experience has been monumentally frustrating and the best part is that I need to leave for work in 20 minutes. I'll be locked out tonight and will have to pay double this month.. I was perfectly content with smart start until now. Someone needs to address this. I've seen 5 people show up and eventually leave already. What kind of business gets away with this? It snows in Colorado believe it or not, learn to plan accordingly.
