You take the stairs down from the left side of the reception to the change room which is newly furnished , clean and organized . You need to have your own locker though , sauna is good .Indoor swimming pool with salty water about 40 meters long , starts from 1.2 depth and ends with 1.85 depth . SEK 70 for a onetime ticket for the pool . diving not permitted , after 17:00 there are some training activities in some days , better go before or after . There is a nice gym also there .

They have alot of services gyms, swimming pools , indoor fotboll, parking spaces if you like you will get personal trainer from there especially in gym and swimming.

Tested different gyms, I like this one the most. Very big rooms, fresh, good equipment, the cleanest changing rooms ever. They just renovated them as well. Pool and various amazing group trainings are included in the monthly price. Very nice staff and personal trainers at your service at least once per week. Loved this place! The only reason I stopped my membership, and the reason for 4 stars, is the lack of girls only gym. And I felt it was necessary in this gym in particular as I often met the staring eyes of creepy old dudes while working out. A hard pass on that.

Good gym, but anyone from the street could be let in the changing room to steal stuff from your locker. My bag was stolen from the locker, receptionist knew the person who stolen the things, helped me to file the police report. Manager of the gym did not agree to compensate financial damage, even after 2 years of membership there. I would not recommend this place to train. If you still want to go there make sure that no valuable thing are left in the locker. Sauna was broken for several weeks in the mens changing room.
