If you want to get a huge surprise - Elgiganten is the absolutely right place for you. They have surprising prices, which are completely out of market standards and they close more than 1 hour before official closing time - so you can safe your money :) Joke by side, I strongly recommend not to visit this place

This place has a wide array of electronics, but their customer support is not up to par to a lot of American stores. If you purchase an expensive device (such as an iPhone) and it is defective, you need to wait up to 20 days for it to be shipped to Sweden to be checked on. Apart from this their products are good, but it is a good idea to stay away from their in-house delivery and set up service.
A fine combination of a large selection of goods and reasonable prices. Fun to go around a take look at the different brands and models before you make up your mind.
I was so disappointed on my visit. Firstly nobody attend to me while I entered the shop to gven through 4 sales people were tostanding there chatting. I had to go to cashier for help through I made the reservation online. After checking in their system, I was told the goods were already sold. It took me 35 mins one way to drive there. Totally waste of time and money. It was last time visiting Elgiganten. Good luck!
No help. Even though I had made a reservation, I still had to find a salesman, because the cashiers cannot help. After waiting for 20 minutes, left the store. Made my purchase for Power instead.
