HR is the BEST jewelry repair in Boston. He is so personable and will take the time to cater to your needs to make sure you are 100% satisfied. He fixed my boyfriends bracelet when no other jewelry store would without charging a ridiculous price. He worked with my schedule and waiting until I was out of work. The bracelet is fixed beautifully and we couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism and quality of care, at such a reasonable price.
