Togo was very responsive. We had one room that had to be done right away and he was able to take care of it quickly and then schedule the other rooms for a few weeks later. One low price for removal, carpet and installation. Some mix up when we were hoping to purchase recycled content carpet, but he was understanding and tried to work with us to fix it.

I will never use them for a flooring job ever again. First he could not get the right floor we picked out for the kitchen, he kept trying to tell us we ordered something else. Luckily we took pictures of the sample to force him to do it right. The total job was 7,400. He broke the refrigerator line installing the kitchen floor and refused to pay for damages that cost us 100. The transition piece on a brown rug and brown floor he used aluminum and white and one piece was missing. They looked horrible. Any floor guy knows you match the color to the toe kick under cabinets. He used the cheapest possible and we had to redo it that costs us another 300. Which he refused to make right. He is not professional, he smiled to my face and said he would match up the trim and it would look beautiful. It was horrible. He refused to make it right. Don’t use them if you expect quality, you will be disappointed, and it feels like a rip-off.
