We have had our unit for a while now, we fell in hard times and are just now able to make payments on it again and they have been amazing and are willing to work with us and not put our unit on auction. All our stuff has been safe and we haven't had any damages or critters. I recommend it

H2 Storage has been the Most pleasant storage experience I have ever had. My stuff was in great condition when I removed it, and the facility is outstanding! The owner was very friendly and easy to work with, I love that it is all done through text, super easy and convenient!

Worst storage place in all of sturgis. Moved our property without permission and damaged it. Then denied doing anything and threatened with legal action. Do not store your stuff here unless you want to take the chance of the owners themselves Damaging it and then threatening you. You will save a lot of time and money by going to another facility. I highly recommend you try Meyers storage, much better people and honest.

First, they set up our direct withdrawal incorrectly and locked us out of our unit on a Friday. They do not inform you of a missing payment. Then they charged me 2 late fees, I believe one at 7 days and another at 14 day or something and didn't waive it even though it was their mistake. We were there for less than 6 months and ended up with mold and water damage on many of our items. Wet boxes and mouse poop on our furniture. Also when unpacking, a dead mouse in a box of my childrens toys. I called about the water and all they said was that they would check if it was from the door or roof. Nothing else. If you store there get extra insurance, you're going to need it.
