They do a really good job. We saw a lot of dolphins without disturbing them. They have a Spotter at the landside who give the boat the direction where the animals are at the moment. Very good idea. They give you also their photos after the trip. Really nice team. Would choose them again.

We went on a Sunday morning tour in Sept. we saw a sperm whale and a lot of dolphins. The team was super nice and friendly and great with explaining fun facts about the region and animais. They swam super close to the boat ! Super recommend

We enjoyed our trip very much. Even though we booked on a short notice, they were able to squeeze us in. The contact was possible via whatsapp as well and they responded even outside of their business hours. Very professional and super friendly. The tour itself was awesome. We spotted a rare kind of wales and a large group of dolphins too. In between, when searching for the animals, the ride on the boat itself is fun too. Awesome view at the island from the cristal clear water. The seats in the boat are comfortable and we didnt get wet at all. The crew is nice and very motivated to find the creatures while respecting their wild nature and not getting too close. Due to covid we all had to wear masks and the life vests were even sanitized beforehand! So safe as well :-)

we had a more than 2 hours exciting trip on the atlantic ocean. we were lucky to see fin whales and bottlenose dolphins! very nice and friendly Crew. highly recommendable!

Amazing experience. We were recommended going with H20 by a local restaurant and had an incredible time - seeing Dolphins, Sperm Whales, and Pilot Whales. The team were friendly and very knowledgeable - well worth doing for memories that'll last a lifetime.

Amazing whale and dolphin tour! The staff are so friendly and knowledgable and we saw so many whales and dolphins!! It was soo fun and a highlight of the trip. We really recommend H2O Madeira!

Highly recommended. 1. Everything is ontime, as planned, any change to booking due to weather conditions etc can be communicated via whatsapp. 2. Great boat - fast and comfortable. Considering you have to travel quite a bit (over 10miles in total) that makes a difference. 3. Best bit - captain and spotter. One should have eagle sight to spot the whale from the distance we managed to. 4. No false promises - you never know whether whales decide to have some fun near water surface. Spotters help a lot! Frankly don't have a single complaint. H20 clearly respects the ocean and enjoy what they do. Well done!
