I have been looking at renting a property in Brussels, most agencies do not understand the requirements of an expat and the process and requirements are usually somewhat different to what is required for a local resident. Onlangs voor de eerste keer mijn huis verhuurd en Estero heeft me enorm ontzorgd. Ikzelf heb geen ervaring met het verhuren van een pand en wist niet meteen hoe hieraan te beginnen. Gelukkig was Estero er met hun professionele aanpak. Ze namen het verhuur van het begin tot het einde van mij over. Op die manier is alles zeer vlot en eenvoudig verlopen en hoefde ik me geen zorgen te maken in eventuele zaken die ik over het hoofd kon zien. Ik zou ze iedereen aanraden!
