This garage is terrible. Please avoid using this garage. They did a terrible job. The worst part is that they allowed me to drive away knowing that they had concealed that they had not repaired the issue. By doing this, they risked the lives of my family and myself. I was travelling for the summer holidays with my wife and four children. I had an issue with the EGR valve, and my car broke down. Recovery services took me to the local garage, and they told me it will take two days for the car to be repaired. I was told by the mechanic that the part was changed, and the price was 522 for the part and labor. When I drove off away, the same warning light appeared on the dashboard but luckily the car continued. I went to another garage in my destination to get this issue re-checked and they were shocked by what they found. I have attached photos for you to see that this garage had not changed the EGR valve, and instead they used a metal part to block the air circulating through the EGR valve. This garage charged me for a service they did not provide, and they lied about using new parts to repair the problem. I contacted the garage and demanded a full refund, but they are refusing and not taking responsibility as they have denied any wrongdoing. As a result, I have decided to pursue this case legally. I initially contacted the UK and European customer center and got in touch with the customer center in Belgium, but neither have had a response from the garage. I have also contacted consumer mediation services in Belgium, and they are demanding that the garage return my money. I have also contacted the Belgium ombudsman services. I would never have believed mechanics in Belgium would be capable of doing something like this to a genuine paying customer. I have been wanting to write this review for a while but was waiting for the garage to refund my money. I am writing this warning because this can happen to anyone, so please be careful using this garage.

The worst experience in my life! I hope ADAC takes action against this xxx! Notice to all ADAC clients if you are towed by this refuse any intervention on your car. Ask to be towed to nearest authorized service center and refuse to go in Marbehan! The worst ADAC partner in Belgium!

I had bad experience with this garage as they charged 10 per day for car (be careful as they ask for vat 21% if you need the invoice)after that I bring a platform to pick my car and just to help me to transfer the car to my platform they charged 100 euro.I would not recommend to trust the garage.For me was a bad experience in Belgium.

Care broke down, made agreement of the repair price and when i came to pick up my car the price came out twice as high! They did not contact me to discuss this! No discussion possible and they parked a truck in front of my car so they were sure i had to pay, my insurance helped luckily, otherwise things probably would not go well... The repair itself is \ok\ the part is replaced, but i now have an engine error and airbag error wich never occured before! I used to wonder how these \companies\ keep their business running, but scamming customers seems to do the trick!

J'ai eu affaire à eux hier, pneu crevé du coup. Une heure pour venir mais 10 minutes pour régler le problème, très professionnels je les remercie encore d'avoir fait leur possible pour venir le plus vite possible et même de téléphoner pour prévenir du temps de leur arrivée.

Ik ben heel goed geholpen. Prijs was heel schappelijk. Ondanks de drukte snel gerepareerd, de balie medewerkster spreekt uitstekend nederlands en m'n auto rijdt weer als vanouds.
