After three days of waiting for it, yesterday afternoon at about 4pm I called for the first time to GLS client service, because delivery was not done. I've been told that the driver come two times to my address. Driver is lying that he passed my house two times. The truth is that for the first time he came, he noticed me that he will come again on Tuesday about noon. On Tuesday 14.5. I was waiting for him in front of the house from noon until 2:30pm. He did not come since the first visit of him I affixed on the mailbox his official paper with description where he can left the parcel even if I am not at home (I am living in private house). Today 16.5. I called the GLS service back again and after about 20min. of waiting and listening terrible music I got promise from the operator that tomorrow this lying driver will come again. If you think that kind of service is normal you should go to the doctor. Now, You might understand the reason why I will never order something else over your company again. The delivery service GLS is that horrible I never had that bad experience in my entire life at all. I will also note all of my friends over social media that the GLS is the most horrible delivery service. Regards, Jurij

I had to go pick up my parcels personally, because their driver couldn't find a house on the main Street of the village. Called customer service, they gave me an attitude about asking why the driver didn't deliver.

My parcel disappeared, I had 5 people over the phone no-one can give me an answer. Apparently someone signed instead of me and took the parcel..... it was worth over 100 pounds.... very happy....

driver not able top find a streetm seems a gps is a special tool, but, if you go there to pick the parcel yourself, hard to find the entrance, but then, people are nice and great... strange for a logistic company....

GLS Não aconselho a ninguém fasso bastantes compras pour Internet tudo chega a casa antes do tempo esta encomenda que era para ser livrada por esta imprensa nunca me chegou as mãos e diz que fui entregue e não é possível contactar a GLS
