It is very worst internet connection provider in West Bengal. Because... 1) No real Customer care/support from Max-Broadband and Very Unprofessional lease connection Oparator. 2) Low quality Infrastructure. 3)Huge 'data packet loss' and "Request Time out error" in a day. 4)Max-Broadband official site is Very Unprofessional. I am from Haldia, I amd my My friend using max-broadban connection 1 Mbps Unlimited plan. Actualy I got .2-.5mbps speed and always few request time out error. I have a won airgrid M5 Wireless device, so i looking for a new good quality connection. I not recomended everyone to get Max-Broadband connection. Thx Kamal
