Boy where do I start, I took my Yamaha 1200 Vmax to hackers this summer July 18, where it sat there for three months and two days just to get the front forks done ( seals) and fix the hand clutch maybe bleed it out or add some fluid and a clutch job that never got done, from the time I walked in everybody seem to be on their toes to take care of my bike, a month and a half later I finally call to find out what’s going on with my bike and nobody there even knows who I am or what I’m talking about .I was lied to the whole time , I told them to put only Yamaha parts on my bike they installed cheap ones , When I picked up my bike they had to work on it I couldn’t even drive it out I filled my bike up before I took it in and on my way home I ran out of fuel because someone had been driving or took out my gas or something , after being stranded for over an hour waiting on fuel I then got the fuel put in my bike to find out that the clutch they fixed wouldn’t work again and I was stranded again with fuel because the workmanship they did was Faulty, i had to get a trailer to get my bike home four hours later now have it in the garage seeking a experienced mechanic to do the proper work on my bike . if you go to hackers better say a prayer before you get there , good luck

Bought a used snowmobile at a very fair price. Had trouble getting it started, my fault. Owner came to my house and got it running for me . Great customer service.
