So I was a little bit stuck never really got involved with the planning process before and someone recommended this company so I thought I’d give him a ring along with several of the companies I spoke to but I found that this company was interested in my job they quoted me straight away and we’re really really friendly from day one they came out within 2 days of the court and got the property measured up then they did the drawings I made some changes and they were more than happy to do that the put the application into the council for me kept me posted Council wanted few minor changes which they were again happy to do for me didn’t charge me any extra cos I was scared of these things and then it got approved which I was happy about and then they did some detail drawings for building regulations and builders for me they use the private inspector who was fantastic and now I’m Rollin with my build thank you very very much I am delighted with this company with the ladies I was dealing dealing with and they’re process everything thanks.

Excellent experience from start to finish , Keeley was very professional on the phone , surveyor was on time , he was very professional, the surveyor was EXCELLENT. My wife’s spouse visa was granted first time.
UKVI happily accepted their report for visa purposes and told me they're efficient and professional which I can confirm also.
I am a wheelchair user and had to alter my property to fit my needs, Hussain Architectural Design Ltd - HAD - Design & Build carried out the planning permission drawings and building control and regulations. Smooth process and Keely is great.
