Took a few pieces of jewellery that definitely sparked joy but couldn't use, for example a much loved silver cameo earrings which I had lost one of. I asked if it could be made into a pendant, absolutely delighted with the result. They have also tracked down a lapis stone to replace a missing stone in a favourite bracelet. Will try and post picture if I can work out how to.
