When I attend this bank I always receive good service, the staff are friendly and helpful there isn't an overly too long wait since restrictions with covd, the machines to cash money in are helpful and easy to use in a busier spell. They also have reasonable interest rate savings accounts in comparison to other banks at the moment

As Banks go, this RBS branch is ok. It has to change with customer trends, though the reduction in staff seems to be harsh. The 3 ATMs for paying in money are ok but inconsistent. There should be more machines and with a higher reliability than present.
Lack of Tellers, big queues and a branch that could do with lick of paint! nothing against the staff, but given that the Royal Bank has closed the majority of branches in East Lothian, they have done nothing to deal with the extra customers at the 3 branches left. Haddington only 2 actual teller points to deal with both business and personal customers, with a queue of 6 people stood 15mins waiting to be served. Ironically 1 customer at the desk was needing help with there time saving mobile app. The RBS clearly have a strategy of wanting to frustrate customers who use their local branches into going online.
