Nice ruins of a wee auld Kirk set in grounds that was graveyard. Home to Nuns. Conveniently it is next door to a small kids play park for the post visit energy release for kids. Skate park across the road too.

I visited the churchyard rather than the church itself. While I love the design and stone work of the building. It really would look better with a steeple. I seem to think that it once had one. I visited the graveyard looking for my ancestors burial places which I found as I continue to research. Although I found one grave I was looking for, I took pictures of others with family surnames. However when I got home I Google search the church graveyard to find they had an on line map with all the headstones listed. I think all churches should do the same notably for people abroad to research. I've found a couple of churches in East Lothian have done this but a lot more needs to be available on line. I am however always dismayed to Ser headstones left fallen or worse see bits of headstones piled in corners together no where near where they belong. It's a disgrace. The church needs to do something about it and demand the council to sort this out. The church received plenty of its wealth from people down the centuries and I know the council's are now responsible for maintenance but they have a moral obligation.
