I had a truck reserved here for Saturday morning at 9:30. I have 3 text messages and 2 emails confirming my truck. No one was there at pick up. The phone rang 6 times and then you get a squeal like a fax. The evening number went to voicemail. And of course uhaul 2as experiencing high call volumes due to their incompetence. I hate uhaul. They suck. Now, I have to rearrange my schedule and be the one inconvenienced because of uhaul's incompetence
