We reached out to Sara Stieben at a time of crisis in our family needing to withdraw from a pending lawsuit we could no longer afford to pursue . We needed to sell our house ASAP for financial reasons, and leave the area. We had no idea what or how to withdraw/dismiss without penalty and were getting really close to deposition dates, etc. Sara acted quickly and professionally by reaching out to the opposing counsel, negotiating a walk-away settlement and filing the appropriate forms to the court for us! She was courteous, friendly and took care of the whole entire matter within days which removed a HUGE stressor from our shoulders allowing us to move forward with our lives...
