We had an \unscheduled\ issue with the water tank, including it leaking on the floor. I called several HVAC businesses in Kamloops and only one other would even take my name to possibly call back. Seems the water tank picked a very busy week to go down. Hadwins listened to our problem, phoned back with an estimate, and scheduled service the next day. They were really busy but moved some appointments to allow time for our repair. It was a super tight space to work in, but they pulled out the old water tank and installed a new tank. When the 1st installer needed help he was on the phone and a second installer was there quickly to help. They ended up having to do extra work and use more shop supplies, but still kept to their estimate. In the end, the work was done very well, no mess left over, and we had hot water less than an hour after the installed was completed.

Highly recommend this business!! Hadwin’s did some HVAC upgrades in our house last year. Reasonable quote, great work! Our furnace quit this morning...we gave Hadwin’s a call and they had a technician to our house within an hour. Friendly, professional, extremely competent group of people. Thanks!

If they work as fast as the fellow running the pick up with plate ending in 5372 on the way to the ferry last Thursday all of the jobs will be completed in record time. ( yes we made it onto the same ferry driving properly ) Probably time to install GPS tracking systems and set someone up to receive speeding, acceleration and hard braking incidents. Guessing your in box will fill quickly as this is now the third driving review the business has received. It is time as others have suggested to either clean the driving habits as if there is an accident, and an injury, the lawyers will find all this and have a hay day in court, or run white pickups with no markings at all. Interestingly enough there is no reference to safety on the corporate website.....

the replaced our AC, great value with competitive quoting and excellent service. They identified long standing issues that we did not know existed which improved functionality.
