Terrible customer service!Sent 4 emails- one mail form from their site and 3 different persons from Export-never got any reply back. Needed a special chain, which is their OEM production. Better not waste time with them!

Very bad company as aftersale customer service! Bought 2 chains on line; I needed some support about specs and info of their products, but they NEVER ANSWERED TO THE MAILS! Through on line form or through their official mail. NEVER!THEY DON'T CARE AT ALL, so: you are totally alone! Hope only that these very costly chains will last AT LEAST the double of their (half price) competitors, for what I payed for them.

Bardzo szybki załadunek. Pracownicy bardzo mili i pomocni. Trochę ciasno przy załadunku. Tzn trzeba cofać do miejsca w którym można nawrócić. Jedyny minus to godziny załadunków i czas oczekiwania na dokumenty jak się zaraz po 7 załaduje. Ale duży plus za magazynierów.
