In addition we provide condition and dilapidation reports and liaise with our clients to ensure that they are aware of the full lifecycle of their equipment, to assist in planning future capital expenditure. In conjunction with the above, through communication and interaction we ensure that our clients are fully aware of any technology advances, which may result in cost/energy savings, thus replacing the equipment prior to the end of its expected lifecycle to ensure that maximum cost/energy savings are available to their organisation. We are also entrusted to ensure our clients’ equipment/estate remains fully compliant with all current and any new statutory requirements.
