This subway used to be excellent till new owners took over. It seems as if they are “cheaping” out, half the time they don’t have soup passed 3:00pm and only one to pick from. I’d consider myself a regular there but that stops after today. I went in to grab a sub for myself and for my kids. All good, they started mine and I assumed they’ll start the other two next. Nope. The worker started on the next person in lines sub, so I asked what about my kids subs? The worker said no, you no ask! We no have! Speaking poor poor English. So since there was 10 people in line behind me I decided to just drop it. I’ll say this in the nicest way possible, your frontline staff need to be able to UNDERSTAND and SPEAK English if you want to people to have a positive experience at your subway.

Food was very good, no issues.
NOT a good last experience. I was behind someone and they paid just as I got there the lady behind the counter didnt change her gloves after HANDLING MONEY ewww! I ordered anyway for some reason they were very very chincy on the veggies and sauces and even meat. She grabbed my cookie with her money touched sub handled gloves. I paid and the guy behind me started his order and she still didnt change her gloves that is gonna be the last times I go there EVER

Good place, regular subway food, good coffee. Next to it, and interesting local bakery! Very clean washrooms.
