You'd think a place that markets itself as a place for coffee and related products would have someone working there who knows something about coffee, coffee grinders, beans, or basic service. They tried to markup the price of a coffee grinder while I was there, and only because I pointed at the price-tag that they gave me the actual price. Then, it turns out the item wasn't even for sale, they packaged a similar grinder in the box after taking it from the display – ground coffee and beans still inside! Furthermore, the chamber had some mold growing inside of it, as would happen when you leave a container with ground coffee inside. The shopkeep didn't even know the difference between different grinders and was essentially trying to sell me on a "strong" grinder, rather than one that produces consistent results or has the settings I need for my coffee. Don't go there, they don't deserve you as a customer.

Great place. The service is exceptional, the food is more than delicious. Would go there every day if I could. Stunning!
We enjoyed the cafes and the home made cakes. Good service, place recommended.

С виду хороший магазин... Но всё время, что я там провела, прошло в ожидании того, что продавец окончит свой неторопливый телефонный разговор. Первые пять минут ещё прошли в надежде на обслуживание, но потом я отчаялась. Продавец видела меня и понимала, что я зашла с какой-то целью. Я даже обратилась к ней. Но ее телефонный собеседник был ей однозначно важнее. Жаль. Больше туда не пойду.
