The piercer pierced my ear in the wrong place and when she tried to fix it she made another crooked piercing. Meanwhile blood was coming out of both piercings. The piercing process was very slow and painful and I ended up walking out with two holes in my ears but no actual piercings. The piercer was nice and offered to do a piercing for free but i’m never going back to that place even if they pay me to.
Very professional and awesome stuff!! The place is supper clean, pleasent and welcoming. Katia is real artist!!! and has a magic hands. Highly recommended. I will definitely going to tattoo my next one here:)

Made an appointment for an ear piercing. You made me make a useless trip of an hour, to finally tell me that the piercer wasn't there. Leaving me a message would have been nice, you had my number.
