I ordered a 55 inch Samsung TV from the website. After it arrived and I unpacked it and plugged it in, I realized it was broken and the screen was totally cracked - the TV doesn't work at all. After contacting Cell Tech support, they refused to take any responsibility. In fact, they lay the entire blame on me, saying that I must have damaged it myself. I was very careful and did everything according to the instructions. Frustrating and unpleasant!

After reading all the positive reviews, I've considered to buy a TV from them. But when I called to clarify some technical details regarding delivery and installation, I was surprised, when the seller in a quite harsh tone told me that I can ask questions only when I place an order, and for now he is not going to answer any questions. Like \Not buying - go away\. Disgusting service, very not polite. I can only guess what kind of service I'd get if buying from this place.

רכשנו מוצר חשמל מהאתר, המוצר הגיע תקול וכן חלק מהעובדות החשובות והמהותיות ביותר בגין המוצר (יותר נכון, היעדרן) לא צויינו במפרט באתר. בפניה לחנות, ענה לנו שי, לטענתו מנהל החנות, והוא התייחס אלנו בצורה אימפולסיבית ומחרידה (!!), ובין היתר ציין באופן מודגש כי הוא לא שירות לקוחות וכי הוא עוסק אך ורק במכירות. לא הייתי ממצליה אפילו לחשוב לקבל את השירות \האדיב\ של המקום הזה.
