Stella Maris Monastery is one of the main attractions of the city of Haifa. It's a very old pilgrimage center, with historical and religious back ground. .A beautiful and holy place. Close to the church is one of the best place to sea the Haifa bay..

It's a beautiful church with paintings on the ceiling. Serene and peaceful atmosphere that is before the tourist crowd comes in. A prayerful place to worship the Lord. Ample parking space is available. Good view of the Haifa bay on the opposite side of the church. Worth a visit.

Small church. Don't keep high expectations. The view from the stella maris stop is amazing. You can also enjoy the cable car ride from here to the beach down hill.
