Generally this is a good and new way to rent an apartment. The complex is 4 buildings and around 250 apartments, 3,4,5 and 6 rooms. The prices are a bit higher than the neighborhood average but there's a management company and every problem you have is addressed quite quickly. The complex is new and the apartments are in a good standard. Too bad there's only central AC, as it is not very energy efficient. The buildings do have sun water heater though. Sound proofing is good, can't really hear the neighbors. The general vibe of the neighbors is good, nice people. There's underground parking and everyone with over 4 rooms gets 2 parking spots. Quiet neighborhood, nice views, good air. One last thing, take into account the fact that it gets very windy at winter which causes a noise issue, some nights it's so noisy you can't sleep! The company did not really address this issue.
