I've been ordering coffee beans in Coffeedeals for more than a half a year. Always quick delivery. Prices are good as well. Recommended.

The coffee is good ... when it arrives. Two weeks ago 10.02 I placed the order. When I did not receive the coffee a week later I contacted the store. And it turned out that the coffee I ordered was not in stock at all. The question is - why was I not notified of a shortage / delay. And I still haven't received the order or compensation offer.
Delivery was super fast. However, they were short on one of the items and swapped it out with out letting us know with a box of capsules we don't like and have been trying to have the correct capsules shipped out has been really difficult, \we will have it next week\ following up with them again, \another 2 weeks\... Just very frustrating... In summary, they are quick to ship out, and very poor service in the follow up.
I've ordered online from here on numerous occasions over the last year. My purchases have always arrived promptly, delivered to my door and well-wrapped. The business's website is easy to navigate, their prices are excellent, and they appear to stock a very wide range of coffee-related products and accessories that are not all readily available elsewhere. I'm extremely satisfied, strongly recommended.
Very fast delivery, great prices, I didn't need to contact them so I don't really know the quality of the customer service but on the other hand I DIDN'T need to contact them, they surprised me with their efficiency to be honest, better experience than many places abroad.
