Really like this place very helpful employees , they helped me as soon as I walked in to the store. Great customer service. Willing to pay a little more for service like that. You sure don't get that kind of service at the big box stores downtown.

Haiku True Value employees ALWAYS have masks on and I’m in there a few times a week.....sometimes multiple times a day! We’ve been in construction of our house for the past 2yrs and they have saved us 1000 trips to town. They’re constantly friendly, attentive, and usually have exactly what we’re looking for. Grateful we have them in our little Haiku Town
