About Us: Maui Life designs and produces lifestyle apparel and accessories for men, women and children inspired by the mauka to makai island life. Our designs are influenced by native Hawaiian plants, kakau (tattoo) art, ocean fish and our waterman lifestyle. Founded in 2016 by the Matthew Murasko, 12 yr old son Zane and wife Alane. The Murasko ‘ohana have resided in Haiku since 2005 and are actively involved and support a variety of non-profits: Maui Cultural Lands, Paia Youth & Cultural Center, Hawaiian Islands Land Trust, Polynesian Voyaging Society and Surfrider Foundation. Murasko is also part of the team that assisted in the launch of OluKai footwear in 2005 and for 10 years was the Olukai Hawai’i Ambassador, created the annual OluKai Hoʻolauleʻa Maui and assisted the marketing team in with numerous brand building initiatives. Murasko also co-founded the Rabbit Kekai Foundation, a youth surfing non-profit 2002 to 2007 won the island of Oahu. Maui Life is a U.S. Trademark and Maui Life Festival is a Hawaiʻi Tradename both owned by Live the Maui Life, LLC. Maui Life Give Back – Our company supports the below non-profits: Maui Cultural Lands a grassroots land trust organization whose mission is to stabilize, protect, and restore Hawaiian cultural resources. MCL was established as a non-profit organization in February of 2002 and is one of only a few land trust organizations on Maui targeting Hawaiian cultural lands along the coast and inland areas. The PYCC purpose is to provide a safe place emotionally and physically for the youth of Pa'ia and surrounding communities which offers a variety of social, educational, cultural, vocational, and recreational activities.
