Dr. Davison is professional, knowledgable and skilled. I have had moderate to severe lower back pain for a few years now due to facet joint arthritis that was brought on by a childhood injury, exacerbated by work, sports and daily life. Dr. Davison recommended stem cell injections and so far they are working great and I'm only in the beginning stages of healing. I have noticed decreased pain and crepitus in my lower back already. I am excited to see what this year of healing brings! Thank you Heather, Dr. Kevin and nurse for your help, kindness and caring!

Dr. Davison and the team at Maui Regenerative Medicine are an excellent group of practitioners. I just completed my second professional course in regenerative injection therapy (RIT) with them, focused on treating dysfunction in the spine with prolotherapy, PRP, etc. When it comes to my professional training and where I put my energy, I only work with docs I trust and who have significant experience. Dr. Davison is one of the best, with many years of clinical experience as well as teaching. I highly recommend these courses for any professional interested in practicing prolotherapy, PRP, stem cell, exosomes, etc. An injection is only as good as the skill of the practitioner, so make sure you learn from the best.

The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The location of the clinic in Haiku is beautiful and very calming. The doc here seems to have a lot of experiance, but its pricey as he lives in a lavish mansion in haiku. The receptionist took my blood for PRP not the doc and crashed my blood pressure. Thought i was dead. Was unconscious for around 7 mins, honestly one of thr worst moments ive ever had. Not a squeemish person and have seen bones sticking out of my body before. She said thats why men dont have babies. I should sue them.

Dr Davison and his staff are very professional and experienced. He was able to diagnose my condition using ultrasound imaging after my physician declined an MRI. The injections are minimally invasive with little down time and pain. The environment and office is very calming, I would recommend his services to anyone suffering an injury.

I am a medical doctor who came to Dr. Davison for training. In the process, we decided to do an amniocyte treatment on my back. I have had chronic daily pains for 15 years, and I would go into full spasm about 1-2 times per year. I pretty much felt that I had no hope left, given the variety of treatments that I have tried by now. This is my summary of the sequence of events over the next few months: The first 2 months, I felt pretty much my old baseline. I had daily pains and stiffness. At the 3 month point, it did start to feel better, and I noticed my back less. At the 4 month point, I could not believe how much better it felt. I have not had back pain at all, and feel good strength and stability. I hazard to say that I am 100% better right now. This is the longest stretch that I have had in the past 15 years where I have not had any pain. All in all, I am thrilled with the response. Many thanks to Kevin and his team!

Such an incredible experience so far. The entire team- Doctors Davidson and Emily, Heather, the reception, and the dog- are all amazing and welcoming. I just had my second visit for PRP; and, while I don’t know how my body is going to heal just yet, I’m definitely recommending Maui Regenerative Medicine to my friends and people I train with based solely on the personalabble and professional interactions with the staff.
